Dimple pipeline fails with ccp4 v9.0.015

ccp4 v9.0.015 picks up dimple version 0.7, which uses refmacat instead of refmac5. The dimple wrapper code is set to look for results in the refmac5 section of the log, which no longer gets created.

Fix will probably be to just swap all mentions of refmac5 to refmacat in the wrapper code.
