Allow http://localhost:3000 as TINYAUTH_APPURL

Hi,

it would be great if http://localhost:3000 could be set as TINYAUTH_APPURL. This way, TinyAuth could be used as IP for local development of web applications. This would be much more convinient than to boot up a KeyCloak.
Thoughts? :)

Tinyauth is not meant to be used with ip:port (or localhost:port because cookies won't work. A better solution would be to use https://sslip.io which is also used by me for development (see https://github.com/tinyauthapp/tinyauth/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md).
