• Adds "PlayerTag.chat_meta[key]>" tag, where "key" is the meta node.
• Extended "registerOnlineOnlyTag" to allow tag parameters.
• Bumped Vault dependency from 1.5.6 to 1.7.3.
• Standardized error messages for Vault-related tags in the "PlayerTag" file.
• Replaced usages of "Debug.echoError" with "attribute.echoError" or "mechanism.echoError" depending on the usage for better error logging.
• Other minor cosmetic changes.
